We have over 50 rental properties that your client can fall in love with.
We list all of our homes on our website on the "Available Homes" page. If a home is available it will also be listed on the MLS. Not every home listed on the website will fit their timeline or budget so be sure to filter based on their criteria.
Schedule A Viewing: Each home will have more information about it's available date and if a tour can be scheduled. If they want to setup a showing, click on the "Schedule Viewing" button.
Join The Waitlist: If a home is not available for a showing ye, your client can join the waitlist so that they are notified when it becomes available. Homes that are not available for a showing will still have an available date listed.
To submit an application, find the property of interest on our "Available Homes" page, and click on "Submit Application". Applicants can apply for a home that is available now or one that is available at a later date (Pay attention to the available date listed on the website). All applications are completed online via our website; no written applications will be accepted.
Applicants apply online; each adult 18+ must submit a separate application and pay the non-refundable application fee.
We verify ID, income, rental history, and run credit/background checks—most decisions are made within 1–3 business days once documents and references are received. If your clients do not complete the process or submit all documents required, this process can be delayed by days or weeks.
Upon approval, full move-in funds and a signed lease are required; keys are released only after the move-in balance is paid in full.
Keys are issued to tenants at our office at 11AM on the commencement date listed in their lease and only after the full move-in balance is paid + all required lease documents have been executed by the landlord.
Tenants must present a valid photo ID; keys are provided on the commencement date listed in the lease. No early key pickup—utilities should be in the tenant’s name before access.

Per Texas law and TREC rules, commissions are paid to the sponsoring broker—not to individual agents.
To fast-track your payout and avoid delays, please complete the Commission Setup Form (we will auto-send it via DocuSign, collect your W-9, and broker details). This is required before we release the payment.
Refer any qualified renter to us who signs a lease and receive a 25% renters' agent commission.
Refer any qualified landlord to us who signs a property management agreement and receive $250.

After a lease is signed, we will need the property to be empty to complete the turnover work needed. We do not allow a pre-move-in inspection or a move-out inspection. Your clients will be able to access the property on or after the commencement date in accordance with the lease that they signed.
