Do I have to pay anything to use the Moving Concierge?

Nope! Hometown Management offers this service complimentary to streamline the move-in process for our residents.

Similar to our other resident benefits, all tenants enjoy lifetime access, ensuring that even after moving out, you can continue to utilize it at no additional cost.

If I make a late rent payment and I'm using the Rent Reporting feature, will this negatively impact my credit score?

Nope! We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Rest assured, we only report your on-time rent payments to all three credit bureaus, minimizing any risks for you.

A late rent payment will not be reported to the credit bureaus. However, eviction proceedings, if initiated, may be reflected on your credit report.

Can I customize the coverage for my Renters Insurance?

Certainly! If you choose to go with our provider, MSI, you can select your level of personal property coverage within your resident portal.

How does the Home Buyer Program work?

Rewards are stored in a digital wallet, free to earn, and can be redeemed when you're ready to buy a house 🙌

How do I renew my Renters Insurance policy?

Policies renew each year automatically unless canceled or non-renewed for a specific reason, including a request by you to cancel.

How do I redeem my rewards in the Home Buyer Program?

When you buy with Hometown Management's partner lenders and agents, you can redeem your rewards toward your home purchase.

In the Home Buyer Program, do I change the way I pay rent?

Nope! A 3rd party that integrates into your resident portal does the work for you, you will not have to change a thing!

In the Home Buyer Program, what happens to my rewards if I move out?

You can earn extra Rewards for renewing your lease, but if you do move out, the program (and your rewards) move with you.
