AUTHORIZATION & DISCLOSURE NOTICE:

By submitting an application and paying the non-refundable Application Processing Fee, you acknowledge that:


  • You have read and understood Hometown Management’s Resident Qualification Criteria (click to view), which outlines the terms and conditions for eligibility.


  • You authorize Hometown Management to obtain and review information related to your credit, criminal background, rental history, and other relevant factors as part of the application process.


  • You understand that application fees are non-refundable, regardless of approval or denial status.


In accordance with Texas Property Code §92.3515, we have made our Tenant Selection Criteria available prior to application. You are encouraged to review it before submitting your application.


As required by the Texas Real Estate Commission, all license holders must provide the Information About Brokerage Services (IABS) form to prospective clients.

ERRORS & OMISSIONS:

Every effort has been made to provide applicants with reliable and accurate information regarding the home you are applying for – however, changes can and do take place to cause inaccurate information to be accidentally presented. We encourage all tenants to verify schools, allowable pets, expected features, or any HOA concerns prior to signing a lease agreement. Any information posted in advertisement does NOT constitute a written agreement or guarantee of the facts stated.

Look for the area underneath the listing address that says "Available: MM/DD/YYYY". 


This is a way to be first in line to schedule a showing for a property that is not currently available. Once a property is ready for showings, our leasing department will promptly notify you.


If a property is available for showings, simply click the "Schedule a Viewing" button, select your availability and a leasing agent will confirm your appointment as soon as possible.

Absolutely. The safety of our team is our highest priority.

If you’d like to tour a property with one of our team members, we do require a government-issued photo ID to be uploaded prior to the showing. This helps us ensure a safe and secure experience for everyone involved.
