Simple process. Transparent timelines. No surprises.
Once the lease is fully signed and the tenant’s security deposit and first month’s rent are paid, we disburse commission after move-in—so long as the tenant's balance is paid in full and all required information is on file (see the “What We Need” section).
Hate paperwork? Same. Use our one-stop form: we’ll auto-send your Broker-to-Broker Compensation Agreement via DocuSign, collect your W-9, and grab your broker’s office address—all in one go. No templates, no back-and-forth. Start the quick setup, and we’ll have everything we need to pay your broker on time. Check it out here (super easy) or email us at hello@hmbcs.com

Note: Keys are provided only when the tenant’s balance is paid in full at move-in; if the balance isn’t paid, keys (and agent payment) are held until resolved.
