Prior to being granted access to the property, you are required to electronically sign your Lease Packet, pay the full balance through your portal, furnish evidence of renters insurance, and supply confirmation of scheduled utility connections.
Upon completion of all these prerequisites, the owner will execute the Lease Packet you signed, and you will receive the official move-in instructions for your property.

Before we can send your lease, you’ll need to complete a Pet Profile through PetScreening.com — even if you don’t have a pet. This quick step helps us keep accurate records and ensures all pet-related details are properly documented and verified.

Within the next 24 hours, you will receive a Lease Packet detailing the terms governing your tenancy. We kindly request that you review & sign it at your earliest convenience.

To pay for the first month's rent, security deposit, and pet deposit, please log in to your resident center and select your preferred payment method.
The property remains available for rent until all parties sign the lease & your balance is paid.

To streamline this process, we offer access to a 3rd party insurance provider in your resident center.

Our concierge team will connect all of your utilities & other home services for you, for free.
