We get it, showings are inconvenient. So we have an app to make showings easier on everyone.
Once you download the app, you can change phone call notifications to push notifications & texts.
When you log in to the app, you begin confirming all the requests from your dashboard.
Notifications come in via your set notification preferences and then you will be able to confirm them from that point.
*Please keep in mind that confirming more showings helps expedite the process of leasing the property, ultimately leading to its removal from the market and no more showings.*
You may access through the app or on your desktop at https://home.showingtime.com
Yes, as outlined in your lease agreement, the property will be listed on the rental market, and showings will commence once notice has been provided by either the landlord or the tenant. Typically, this process begins approximately 120 days before the lease expiration. Additionally, as specified in your lease, the property may be shown to other prospective tenants even before notice has been given, at any time during the lease term.
Yes, once the listing is live on the MLS, you can confirm appointments.
No. Once the listing is live on the MLS you will receive an email inviting you to download Home by ShowingTime. You can then follow the authentication process to use the app.
Unfortunately, no. This is not permitted according to the terms of your signed lease agreement. You are required to vacate the property during scheduled showings.
Yes. Once you have the app downloaded, you can receive instant notifications and texts about any changes to scheduled showings. If the default notifications aren't changed, you will receive an email and a phone call noting the change.
Regrettably, property showings are a necessary requirement outlined in the lease agreement you signed initially.
Fortunately, we're committed to making this process as seamless as possible. By collaborating closely, we can expedite the leasing of the property, thereby minimizing any inconvenience to you. The more showings we can schedule and the easier you make the property available for viewing, the quicker we can secure a new tenant. Your cooperation greatly contributes to the swift leasing of the property.
Yes, per your lease agreement, it's required to vacate the premises during all scheduled showings.
We ensure a minimum of 24 hours notice for all scheduled showings. Additionally, all prospective tenants will be accompanied by either a property manager or a licensed agent.
It's completely normal and understandable to feel hesitant in such situations. To alleviate any concerns, we require a licensed real estate agent to accompany all prospective tenants. These agents are legally obligated to ensure that only property viewing occurs during showings.
Furthermore, we fully support tenants in safeguarding their valuables by either locking them in a safe or removing them from the property altogether. If you prefer, you can also bring valuable items to the leasing office for safekeeping during the showing.
We value your comfort and peace of mind. Please let us know how else we can accommodate you during the showing process.
