STEP 2: E-Sign Lease Extension

Please review and sign the Lease Extension, outlining the terms of your tenancy. Failure to do so within 72 hours will result in the renewal being void, and the property will be listed on the market.

STEP 3: Update Renters Insurance

STEP 4: Update PetScreening Profile

STEP 4: Update PetScreening Profile

Update your renters insurance policy to have coverage through your new lease expiration date. The landlord will not sign the Lease Extension until this is done. For a streamlined process, access a third-party insurance provider in your resident center.

STEP 4: Update PetScreening Profile

After submitting your request to renew, you'll need to update your PetScreening profile even if you do not own a pet. Their legal team will coordinate with the owner to verify the accuracy of all PetScreening profiles.

Update Profile

Submitting a renewal request does not guarantee approval. The owner will make the final decision.

The owner will thoroughly review all submitted information. During this time, additional information may be requested. Please note that this process may take 5-7 business days, depending on the application volume.

Until the owner approves your renewal request and executes the lease extension you e-signed, the previously executed lease agreement is still in effect and will expire on the lease expiration date therein. The owner reserves the right to continue marketing the property until a new lease or lease extension is executed by both parties.
